New Patient Exam & Treatment
As a new patient, you (or a guardian) will be required to fill out documents prior to any treatment. This will ensure that we can thoroughly review medical history and current symptoms which will guide your chiropractic care and treatment plan.

Please use the link "New Patient Paperwork" below to fill out new patient forms prior to your first appointment.
Adjustment
An adjustment is preformed by manipulating the spine and/or joints to restore proper movement and to relieve pain. Dr. Nikole may use Diversified technique, Activator and Thompson- Drop when performing an adjustment. This is to correct subluxation and help the body to function at its optimal level.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
IASTM is the use of professional stainless steel instrument to perform a soft tissue mobilization. The instrument is used to glide across the skin to increase blood flow by creating microtrauma for healing. This will aid in decreasing swelling, pain and adhesion build up. Occassionally, bruising may be apparent for a few days following treatment.
Ultrasound Therapy
Ultrasound Therapy is a painless treatment which will increase the blood flow to the area and decrease inflammation. The ultrasound sound waves will relax muscle, assist the tissue healing process and treat pain.
Electrical Stimulation
Electrical Stimulation is used to stimulate nerve endings, provide pain relief and increase blood flow to accelerate the healing process. The stimulation is caused by electrical impulses.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a form of traditional Chinese medicine. Thin needles are inserted into specific points along meridians in the body to restore and balance the body's qi, or life of energy. Acupuncture can be helpful to decrease pain, inflammation and tension.
